a.                  Physical verification shall be carried out every year during summer vacations where the number of volumes is up-to 50,000.

b.                  Physical verification shall be made in phases, to be completed within maximum period of 3 years where the number of volumes exceeds 50,000.

c.                  The library reading halls shall remain open during physical verification however the borrowing privileges will remain suspended during this period.

d.                  Members must return all books etc. to the Library two weeks prior to the physical verification.
