Note:
Approved candidates for a Research
Degree i.e. M.Phil/Ph.D. (other than the University)
and such other casual borrowers who require to use
the Library for special reasons. A member belonging
to either of these class shall have to deposit a
security of Rs. [2000] or the value of books (if it
exceeds Rs. 100) refundable on return of books and
settlement of dues, if any. They are entitled to
borrow 2 books for 2 weeks.
